All window systems are manufactured in an ISO9001 registered factory and meet the performance requirements of BS6375, BS5268 and BS5368 for wind resistance, weather-tightness, operation, strength and air-permeability.
Our windows conform to part L of building regulations by using silled unit glazing with low E coating and argon filled cavities for increased warmth and comfort.

Traditional Range:
TRC Contract Services are experts at producing traditional cord and weight operated sash windows, either single or double glazed, to match the original aesthetics while incorporating the latest manufacturing technology.
Easy Maintenance Range:
This range has the appearance of a traditional sash window but is hinged to tilt inwards as well as sliding up and down. The easy maintenance range is ideal when access for cleaning, painting or repair is a problem and is also suitable for installation in conservation areas, listed or heritage properties.
Bespoke:
TRC offer a bespoke design, build and installation service, providing
a flexible solution for even the most complex specifications.
All sash windows can be supplied in either hardwood or softwood and
can be either primed or fully prefinished.

Our Work:
 Scarsdale Hospital
The £7.5m William Davis development created residential housing and apartments. This project involved the refurbishment of a landmark Grade 2 listed hospital. TRC Contract Services designed and manufactured over 200 sash windows at Scarsdale Hospital Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
 Fieldgate Mansions
TRC Contract Services were awarded the contract to replace 700 sash windows on this high profile William Verry refurbishment in London E1. The windows on this project were worth in excess of £500,000, and the work was carried out in a conservation area on this listed building.
 Whittington Hall
Metropolitan Homes converted Whittington Hall, Derbyshire into luxury apartments in 1998. The project required TRC Contract Services to design, manufacture and install over 300 sash windows in this former NHS hospital.
